Internal structure
Covering
SAVANNA flame-retardant knitted fabric (100% polyester fibre FR). Panel embroidery and component fastening with high-tensile thread. Side band with handles for positioning.
Padding
Thermo-bonded flame-retardant POLY SLICK HR-FR wadding – 100% polyester. Thickness mm 30, 500 g/m2 quilted in diamond pattern with the outer fabric. TEKNA BARRIERA FR flame-retardant barrier (90% viscose, 10% polyester).
Structure
Independent steel wire springs, spring diameter 40 mm, individually inserted in heat-sealed pockets made of breathable material and 7 Super firm zones of different load-bearing capacities. Springs number in double bed version approx. 1600. Sandwich layer made of flame-retardant memory graphite and foam, thickness 35 mm, density 45 kg/m³ on the upper side and flame-retardant non-deformable polyurethane, thickness 25 mm, density 35 kg/m³ on the bottom side. Perimeter reinforcing panels with “Box Spring” system made of non-deformable flame-retardant polyurethane foam, thickness 50 mm.
